Web design and development services are provided in accordance with the terms agreed in each quote and contract. The proposals include deliverables, estimated timelines, and payment terms. OLinterfaz provides technical support as agreed in the agreement.

Billing and tax terms
We issue electronic invoices in accordance with AFIP regulations. For issuing, we require CUIT and VAT status. Payments in Argentine pesos (ARS) or by agreement in the contract. Payment terms and methods are detailed in each quote.

Dispute resolution and jurisdiction
For claims related to consumer matters and professional services, the application of Law 24.240 (Consumer Protection) and its complementary regulations applies. The parties may attempt an amicable resolution by contacting legal@OLinterfaz.com. In case of judicial dispute, the parties submit to the ordinary jurisdiction of the courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other jurisdiction if the law allows.
